This Notice does not cover the data we process when we provide information security services to our clients. In those situations, we act as processor and follow the instructions of the contracting client, who is responsible for informing data subjects and fulfilling their rights. If you were contacted because of a service provided to another company, we recommend contacting that company directly; if you prefer to write to us, we will forward the request.
Data you provide to us when filling out contact or proposal request forms, clicking "Talk to an expert" on service and partner pages, commenting on the blog, registering for events or applying for jobs: name, email, phone number, company, job title and, when necessary to perform the contract, CPF or CNPJ, address and bank details.
Automatically collected data through your browsing: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, traffic source and cookies.
We do not collect sensitive data through the website and ask that you do not include it in open fields.

We share data when necessary with hosting and IT infrastructure providers, legal and accounting advisors, and public authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Some technology providers may store data outside Brazil. In such cases, we adopt the safeguards of Article 33 of the LGPD and CD/ANPD Resolution No. 19/2024.
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose and to meet legal obligations. Website access logs: 6 months (Marco Civil da Internet). Contract data: term of the contract plus the statute of limitations period. Unconverted sales contacts: up to 24 months from the last contact. Résumés: up to 12 months, unless authorized for our talent pool. Once these periods end, the data is securely deleted.
We apply controls aligned with ISO 27001, 27002 and 27701, including encryption, access control and multi-factor authentication. If an incident occurs that poses relevant risk or harm, we will notify the ANPD and the data subjects within the deadlines set by CD/ANPD Resolution No. 15/2024.
You may, at any time and free of charge, request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions (Art. 18 of the LGPD).
