This Code of Ethics and Conduct sets out the principles that guide the conduct of Network Secure Segurança da Informação LTDA and everyone acting on its behalf. As a cybersecurity company, we deal daily with sensitive information and with our clients' trust — that is why acting with integrity is not optional: it is the foundation of our business.
This Code applies to partners, officers, employees, interns, apprentices and, where applicable, to service providers, suppliers and partners acting on behalf of Network Secure. It complements current legislation and the company's internal policies, without replacing them. When in doubt about the right conduct, the most transparent and ethical path always prevails.
We comply with the laws, regulations and standards applicable to our business, including Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet) and anti-corruption legislation. We do not tolerate fraud, falsification of records, tax evasion or any unlawful practice to obtain advantages.
Information about clients, partners and the company itself is treated as confidential and used only for authorized purposes. We apply the principles of the LGPD and the controls of ISO 27001, 27002 and 27701. The duty of confidentiality remains even after the employment relationship or contract ends. The processing of data subjects' personal data follows our Privacy Notice.
Our technical capability in offensive and defensive security is used exclusively to protect. Penetration tests, vulnerability assessments and other offensive activities are only performed with formal authorization and within the contracted scope. Accessing systems, networks or data without permission, exploiting vulnerabilities for personal purposes, or retaining, disclosing or selling information obtained during engagements is prohibited. Identified vulnerabilities are handled responsibly and confidentially.
We must avoid situations in which personal interests interfere — or appear to interfere — with professional judgment and the interests of the company or its clients. Financial interests in competitors, suppliers or clients, as well as outside activities that compete with Network Secure, must be reported to leadership and to the Governance/Compliance department.
We reject any form of corruption, bribery, kickbacks or facilitation payments, in compliance with Law No. 12,846/2013 (Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law). We neither offer nor accept undue advantages to obtain or retain business. Gifts and hospitality are acceptable only when of symbolic value, with no intent to influence decisions and in compliance with internal policies. Any offer that departs from this standard must be refused and reported.
We compete on the merits of our solutions and our service. We do not use unlawful means to obtain information about competitors, nor do we make false or misleading claims about the market.
We foster a safe, healthy, diverse and inclusive workplace. We do not tolerate moral or sexual harassment, discrimination of any kind (race, color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability or origin), child labor, slave-like labor or any violation of human rights. Professional relationships must be guided by respect and courtesy.
Company resources — equipment, systems, credentials and information — must be used responsibly and for professional purposes. Public statements and social media posts on behalf of Network Secure require authorization, and personal opinions must not be presented as the company's position. We safeguard the organization's brand and reputation across all channels.
Anyone may report, in good faith, violations of this Code or of the law. Reports can be made to the Governance/Compliance department or by email at dpo@networksecure.com.br. Reports are handled confidentially and investigated impartially. Any form of retaliation is prohibited against anyone who reports a suspected irregularity in good faith.
Non-compliance with this Code may result in disciplinary measures proportional to its severity, in accordance with labor law and applicable contracts, without prejudice to civil and criminal liability. This Code is approved by management and periodically reviewed by the Governance/Compliance department, and the version in force is always the one published on this page.
